The Dress

Beautiful slim-line gown with small train. Delicate lace overlay and exquisite detailing including lace on shoulders and Bella skill georgette frill sleeves and a waist tie. Fully lined with polyester. It features self covered buttons and an invisible zip in the skirt at the back.

The dress is a size 10 and I am size 8 so we had it altered in the bust and waist (by moving the buttons across) but left the skirt as it is as I liked the way it fell on my hips rather than hugged them. We inserted bigger cups as my bust was a bit small for the dress. I am 177cm and wore a 6cm heel. The dress was hemmed just above the floor. And we added a ribbon at the train to hook it onto your wrist when dancing. The dress included lace tendrils coming out towards my neck from the shoulders but we trimmed these back as they were too fussy.

I had it dry cleaned but sadly there is some staining from fake tan under the arms and near the buttons at the back (see photos). The staining under the arms is not noticeable when wearing the dress and the staining near the buttons may be hidden by a veil?
