It was so easy purchasing my dress! I feel like I saved so much money, and am getting a more unique dress than I could’ve bought in my own state. An amazing experience with the bride I dealt with and the dress is beautiful and at wonderful price. However I had numerous problems with paypal and the buy it now button and had to have the seller send me an invoice through paypal as per the sites advice and customer care email.

Amazing genius service! I sold my wedding dress in less than a week and the ad generated lots of interest which I was able to keep track of. The handy hints and tips and ad evaluation are extremely helpful. Only feedback would be that I found it really difficult with photos. Because my dress is brand new and not delivered yet, I was unable to upload any photos that weren’t removed within days because they were the designers photos of the dress from social media. Exceptions or recommendations need to be made for those unable to take photos of their dress. But will still 100% recommend your site to friends looking to sell their used wedding dresses.

Stillwhite needs to offer a payment service other than PayPal. I, as the seller was charged 5% of the selling cost, which was not advertised by PayPal or anywhere that I could find on your site. If I had known this ahead of time I would have adjusted my dress price accordingly. The shipping calculator is also off--I spent $10 more than was calculated to ship the dress. Overall I would have been happier selling on my own without Stillwhite
