Usually a size 10 and B cup, I had the waist adjusted to fit more of an 8 and also lost a little weight so would say this dress is more of an 8.
I used large sticky inserts to fill in the top also but found the dress so comfortable and flattering! Deep V front and back, pockets, belt and a slit if you kick your leg forward.
