Brand new, never worn, never altered. Sleeves were added and can be easily removed if desired. I still have lots of extra lace that matches the dress that could be used for a different type of sleeve or veil. LOVED this dress and was perfect once the sleeves were added, but decided the dress was better than the groom. 😅
