Dress was purchased new from Lovely Bride in SF in late 2022, made to order by Alexandra Grecco, and worn to my wedding in April 2023. It was professionally tailored (details below), and has been dry cleaned and is in great condition! No visible flaws or stains.

Alterations
Alterations include: Adding a french bustle, shortening and hemming it to my height (~5'7" incl heels), adding cups (size A-B), and moving the straps closer towards the center on the back of the dress (no changes made to the straps on the front side).
