The Story
The Madelyn gown from Karen Willis Holmes' demi-couture collection. This divine gown features a silk georgette twisted and ruched bodice with a soft tulle skirt. The gown is timeless and simple, yet amazingly elegant.
I adored every minute wearing this dress and still receive complements on it to this day.
The dress was worn once and has been recently dry-cleaned and stored in the Karen Willis Holmes Bag.
It was purchased in Wellington for $3,500 + 350 in additions. I had the bow added around the waist (I'm sure this could be removed easily) and extra padding in the bust to help a girl out!
The back of the dress is button up and I wore a petticoat for slightly more volume.
I am 169cm tall and have a 67/68cm waist although I felt the dress could of been tighter on the day.
Looked after and in good condition.
