The Dress
I loved this dress and wore it with the 'Grace blouse' by the same designer for our wedding in March 2017.
I have had the dress dry-cleaned and it has come up perfectly.
The dress includes a 100% french lace bodice with low V front, open back and spaghetti straps. This silhouette offers a full skirt made of 100% washed silk crepe. French lace scalloping detail over bodice and mesh centre front insert.
I am keeping the blouse but you can purchase new for around $600.
I purchased the dress from Paperswan Bride in Wellington in 2016.
I also had $1000 of alterations to the dress which included changing the back from cross straps to straight which made the dress a lot more elegant. The top was also reshaped to fit better, breast cups were sewn in, and a bustle was added.
