The Dress
The Tilly dress from the Fall 2016 Christos collection gives a picture of refined simplicity. It made me feel incredible on our wedding day! The lace is Chantilly silk, which makes the dress feel wonderfully light, soft, and cool. Other lace dresses I tried on were synthetic and the lace felt stiff and irritating against my skin, especially with sleeves. There's no comparison - this dress is light and soft as a feather.
Silhouette is sheath/trumpet. Comfortable and easy to move in (and sit down!).
Altered to fit:
- Bust 33"
- Waist 26"
- Hips 36"
- Height 5' 8-9"
Train is very long with the bustle unfastened. The picture in which I'm sitting down has the bustle fastened.
Dress is in perfect condition. Only worn during ceremony and pictures. Professionally cleaned by Yorkville wedding dress preservationist and boxed.

The spaghetti straps were removed, (see runway model picture vs my picture) but would be easily replaceable.
