The Dress

This wedding gown features a delicate illusion neckline and back with floral lace motifs that carry through to the bodice and skirt. Hem is finished with scalloped lace, and back zipper is hidden under fabric covered buttons.

I wore this wedding dress for my wedding on the 27th February and also a rock the frock shoot a couple of days later. It has been dry-cleaned and looks like new! It is a size 12 on the tag but it would be more like a size 11 due to alterations as specified below.

Please note I am NOT selling the belt or the veil.

The dress fit like a glove and my measurements are as follows;

Bust - 92cm
Waist - 73cm
Hips - 93cm

This dress made me feel gorgeous and is a reluctant sale.

This dress has been taken up to suit a height of 1.61m wearing approx 2.5cm heels. It was also taken in around the bust to fit more securely.

I have checked the dress over fairly clinically although not inch by inch and there is only 1 flaw that I found. There is a small hole (about the size of a pencil eraser) which sits under your bottom when the dress is on so is not seen although I'm sure a dress maker could use invisible stitching to repair if needed.

I also noticed after dry-cleaning that the dry cleaners had separated each of the layers which had been stitched at the seams to keep the train straight. There is no damage from this and could easily be re-stitched or not!
