I had the length taken up to suit me, I'm 1.64 cm tall and wore heels. I had the waist tie width halved as I was pregnant, such a flattering dress if you are pregnant! The label says size L but you can pull the ties around the waist as loose or as tight as you like. I had little domes put on the back of the sleeves to fix them into the dress, which is necessary to keep them in place
