The Dress

This dress has been altered to be a size 8-10. It is a 100% silk. It is an ivory in colour however, it has a warm rose undertone making it a very warm colour. It has a sweetheart neckline, is fitted with an empire line with a slight A-Line flare, full length with a slight train. It is adorned with swarovski crystals and tuile with matching tuile capped sleeves which have been added. It is zipped at the back with 20 covered buttons. It is fully lined with a built in bra.

This is the perfect dress if you are after something that is elegant, simple and flatters your figure and if you do not want to be overwhelmed with something heavy or a big full skirt.

The colour is hard to explain as it is not a Straight white or off white but very flattering. There is an undertone - a hint of blush without being pink in colour which was perfect as I don't really suit white or off white. It really warmed up my skin and gave me more of a glow.

I petite and I wore 3.5 inch heels so this dress would suit someone who is 5.4 or under (depending on what shoes are worn) - I am 5.2. I have the excess fabric if needed for any alterations (wanting to change out sleeves etc) and I have the original shoe string straps of needed

Bust - 65cm
Waist - 77cm
Hips - 94cm
Dress Front height from bust - 127cm
Train at back - hangs down an extra 20cm

The simplicity of the dress means that it could be altered slightly for either a bridesmaid or ball dress (remove the train, different sleeves for example)
