The Dress
Schiffli lace, mermaid bridal gown with illusion jewel neckline and no sleeves. Featuring embroidery, detachable belt, chapel train and button-up back.
Alterations made to this size 8 dress - seams let out around mid thigh area, underneath length taken up (not lace overlay) - I am 5ft 6 without shoes. Slightly taken in under arms for around bustline (I am a B cup). Still enough seam allowance left for any alterations needed in terms of taking out. Hook and eye installed discreetly and covered up by lace to allow for train to hook up out of the way.
Professionally dry cleaned by Astra Bridal after Nov 2014 wedding and came back in new looking condition. No stains or faults to report.
Been stored inside original Astra Bridal gown bag and hung in spacious closet so as to not allow any musty smells develop.
