The Dress

This Jenny Packham Eden dress is a beautifully made platinum two piece dress that includes a silk chameuse bias-cut slip and a lightweight tulle sheer overdress with glass beading and crystals intricately embroidered in a vintage / Nouveau design. The cap/flutter sleeves are flattering to the upper arms and the V-neck allows you to either show cleavage or cover up completely depending how you chose to alter. It is floor length and flows beautifully. It is very comfortable with gorgeous draping and does not need to be bustled. The dress is elegant, romantic and is cut so it can be figure flattering whether you are thin, straight, or curvy.

I bought it new in the UK and wore it once at our wedding this year. It is in perfect condition and has been professionally cleaned. It is a UK dress makers size 10. The only alteration was to take it up about 1” on the overdress at the front so it floated better as our venue involved walking on grass. The underslip was not altered at all and nothing else on the overdress was touched. I am 5ft8” and I wore 2.5” heels on the day. You can fit a low cut bra underneath it if you want, you can just see the flesh coloured straps in one photo.

It has been stored in and comes with the original Jenny Packham bag, with a bag of spare beads.
