No hoop was worn in picture, can always be added to create a fuller skirt.
Size 12 however can be altered. Model in picture wears a size 6 and was advised by alterer alterations can be made easily. There is a Veil included. A few crystals missing but can be replaced. RRP $3000 happy to negotiate price as well.

Advised by alterer can be easily made to a size 6. Bodice yo be taken in and crystals will be removed and replaced in required areas.
