The Dress

Hi there!

So this gorgeous gown is sitting in my wardrobe waiting for it's big day! I bought the dress when I was 6 weeks pregnant thinking I wouldn't be able to find a dress in time after I had my baby. I bought it because I loved it and it was right for me, however now I have had my baby, I have chosen another dress that is a little more suited to a bride who will be breastfeeding! (Oh so glam I know!!).

This rather lovely number is completely brand new and never been worn. It felt fantastic - the slinkyness was really flattering and it really is a very clever dress!

I did have some minor alterations made before I changed my mind, but nothing that can't be undone or tweaked to suit your style. I swapped the straps to a sheer, skin coloured fabric, added a little more lace to raise the cleavage (one of the photos shows us deciding on how high it would become) and I also had the front split lowered a bit.

Alterations

Spaghetti straps removed and sheer fabric straps added. A few extra bits of lace added to the cleavage area and again, a few extra bits of lace added to the split to reduce the height of the spilt. No changes to length or size.
